We were called and we answered! Yet again the request was to push the technology to its limits and showcase the Cyprus Telecommunications Authorities products through the refined and subtle lens of its core values.

Breakdown:
a. Showcase telecoms and internet coverage. – Space Experience
b. Showcase TV packages – Living Room to Urban environment Experience
c. Showcase other TV services – Goalkeeper interactive experience.

This experience collects data (metrics) which we use to update and improve the experience over time.

Challenge & approach

A very tight balance had to be kept between user experience, amount of information and blunt marketing content. At it’s core CYTA is foremost a human centric service before a business and we wanted to reflect that in this experience.

A lot of care, effort and testing went into making this experience as accessible as possible to the public with minimal in-store staff support.
