This was one of the most fun projects we were called to design and develop.
MSPS, a leading innovative marketing agency had approached us to discuss an immersive Virtual Reality experience to be showcased during CYTA’s 5G conference for the promotion of it’s vision for the implementation of lightning fast 5G internet in Cyprus.
For this one we recreated a robust digital clone of the whole strip in front of the Nicosia Municipal Theatre. The users experienced a variety of scripted events showcasing the cutting edge future features that 5G could support when it came to road safety, infrastructure, arts and services.
In addition, we had the absolute pleasure of partnering up with Black Dog agency for some of the 2D graphics.
What a blast!!
Fun fact 1: The experience went on to win an “Innovation in advertising” award in Greece, the following year.
Fun fact 2: Cyprus is one of the first countries to have 100% 5G coverage!
This experience was absolutely pivotal in pushing the boundaries of what our team could accomplish within standalone VR headsets.
